What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (optional). Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, requested size, quantity, and invitation status. Our hosting provider also processes the technical request data needed to operate and secure the website.

If you allow statistics or marketing cookies, we also collect anonymous usage events (such as which pages and lamp sizes you view and how far you get in checkout) and the campaign or referral source that brought you to the site. These records do not contain your name, email, address, phone number, or payment details.

How we use your data

  • Fulfill and ship your order
  • Send order confirmation and shipping updates
  • Respond to customer support inquiries
  • Improve our products and service

We process order data to perform the purchase contract and meet accounting and legal obligations. We process waitlist data to provide the service you requested. Security and limited service-improvement processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable webshop. Statistics and marketing processing happens only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data with the processors listed below only to run the shop, and — if you give marketing consent — with Meta for advertising measurement.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend — Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
  • Vercel — Website hosting.
  • PostHog (EU region) — Product analytics. Loaded only with your statistics consent. Autocapture and session recording are disabled; we send a defined list of anonymous events.
  • Meta — Advertising measurement. Loaded only with your marketing consent, and only while a campaign is running.

Cookies & consent

Essential cookies always run: a shopping cart cookie to remember your cart contents and a session cookie for admin authentication. These are required for the site to work and have no opt-out.

Statistics and marketing technologies load only after you accept them. If you reject them, no analytics or advertising scripts, cookies, or requests are loaded, and the site still works normally.

Your choice is stored in your browser with a version and timestamp. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer; withdrawing stops further collection for that category.

Data retention

Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by accounting, tax, and consumer law. Waitlist data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the requested invitation flow. Support and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose. Analytics events and campaign-attribution data are retained for up to 14 months and then deleted or aggregated. A deletion request does not override records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing. Contact us at hello@lamella.dk to exercise any of these rights.
